Deborah Meibergen

Deborah is a project manager at ROS. She is self-taught and has worked in the arts, digital rights and (open-source) technology sphere for 20+ years, both for small organisations and a big telecommunications company. As an activist, she’s vocal about defending human rights, inequality, digital security and privacy, especially important in this age of (surveillance) capitalism. Geeky stuff aside, she’s also a ceramist with a focus on hand-building, with the Japanese firing technique Raku being her favourite method.
